About the Author

Dr. Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge is the founder of Quality & Equality Ltd and the author of many articles on organizational development. She writes and delivers OD training programs in the UK and has been voted one of the 25 most influential thinkers in HR by HR Magazine in 2008, 2012, 2013, and 2014.

Linda Holbeche is Co-Director of The Centre for Progressive Learning at London Metropolitan University, Director of The Holbeche Partnership, a development consulting company, and Adjunct Professor at Imperial College London’s Business School.  She is the author of  The Agile Organization (Kogan Page), Engaged (Jossey-Bass),The High Performance Organization (Routledge), and Reaping the Benefits of Mergers and Acquisitions (Routledge).

It covers many basic concepts and the main theories from which OD has evolved that I was looking for. Although it falls short on the people side and the 3 cubes methodology seems a bit obsolete now.
